Earthing pipe Installation
Step 1: सही Location चुनें
ऐसी जगह चुनें जहाँ soil हमेशा moist रहती हो। Moist soil conductivity बढ़ाती है और earthing system effective बनाती है।
Step 2: Pit खोदें
लगभग 2.5 से 3 meter गहरा और 300mm (1 foot) चौड़ा pit बनाइए। Depth soil condition के हिसाब से थोड़ा कम या ज्यादा हो सकती है।
Step 3: GI Earthing Pipe Install करें
एक 2.5–3 meter लंबी GI Earthing Pipe (गैल्वनाइज़्ड आयरन पाइप) को pit के center में vertically डालें। Pipe के ऊपर छोटे-छोटे holes बने होते हैं ताकि current आसानी से soil में dissipate हो सके।
Step 4: Charcoal और Salt की Layers भरें
GI Pipe के चारों तरफ charcoal powder और salt की alternate layers भरें। यह soil की conductivity को improve करता है और current flow को smooth बनाता है।
Step 5: Earthing Wire Connect करें
Pipe के top पर clamp लगाकर उससे Earthing Wire/Strip (Copper या GI) connect करें। यह wire आपके Distribution Board से जुड़ता है।
Step 6: Watering System लगाएँ
Pipe के ऊपर एक Funnel with water pipe fix करें। समय-समय पर पानी डालते रहें ताकि pit moist रहे और earthing effective काम करे।
Step 7: Pit को Cover करें
